Cards Made with some of the new New Stamp Sets from the April Catalogue

This card was fun to make, it uses the Spring Shower paper, it has been left out of the new catalogue but is still available, #106686 Spring Showers (blue) & #106685 Spring Flowers (pink). Check out the old catalogue to see this range of doublesided paper. I have also used the new Clasic Stars wheel.

These cute cards and envelopes are made using the Priceless set. You may get to do some of theses cards if you join the stamp club.

I love this set it is Priceless

Cuttle Bug Cards

Here is a few cards I made using cuttle bug embossing folders. You can use inks, chalk & paint go give a little colour to your card.

This one I used chalk, I used a dauber to apply.

I used gel like pens I got from a craft show I don't have many colours, so I used a pink pen and green marker pen from Stampin' Up!. Notice how I used the same emboss folder and I turned one over to get the opposite effect.

March Creations

I have been having fun playing with the stamps I have bought from the retired list, In time I will put up a page with some of the techniques I used below. If you have any questions just email or ring me. I have CASE some cards below this means COPY AND SHARE EVERYTHING. I look at so many sites I forget where I got them so I have just put I have CASED them so as to give some credit to those who made the original.
The card below was a result of a mistake, I had embossed on vellum (above) and got my vellum spray out but I sprayed it on the wrong side. I had a quick think of how to fix it and I thougth I would try using Dazzling Diamonds, it stuck to the vellum spray and I heated it as well, I brushed the excess glitter off. Then I turned it over to the back and tried again and below is the card. I used my marker pens to colour the back of the vellum after I had embossed.

The card above, I have embossed the double sided tape underneath the ribbon, You lay the tape down where you want it then put your embossing powder over it, tip off excess and heat. Then I put the ribbon over the top. I also used the Stampin' Up corner rounder to make the scollop, it has a bracket you remove to make scalloped edges, this is on the retired list. $13.50 less 10%.

This card I Case from Alisa Tilsner, I just loved the colours, I did not have the same stamps she used so I used what I had. I also had a play with some other colours, I have finished the blue one so it is below.

The cards below I used a technique called Bouncing Brayer, you need a brayer (roller) and a multi coloured ink pad.

These are some of the colour combinations I came up with using different spectrum pads.

This is a scrapbook page.

This is the Bleach Technique used on different colour cardstock.

These purse cards were made from the round tab punch, I got the idea off a web site.
